Fellowship

Every month we have a number of opportunities to fellowship (just having fun) with each other. Check our main schedule and/or announcements for exact dates and times.

Second Sunday Social

Every 2nd Sunday of the month, instead of meeting in the sanctuary for our normal worship service, we meet in the Fellowship Hall (110 Elm St.) for a short devotional talk by the pastor followed by great refreshments and informal time together. Often there is a “theme” for the refreshments that many people bring or sometimes it’s just “bring something good.” But always, there’s good food and a great time together.

Ladies Craft Night

Usually on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM, our ladies get together in the Fellowship Hall (110 Elm St.) to make some fun craft taught by Mary Beth or one of the other ladies. There’s usually a short devotional and maybe some refreshments, but the ladies always have a great time making something to decorating their home or give as a gift.

Adult Game Night

Twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 6:00 – 9:00 pm, we get together in the Fellowship Hall (110 Elm St.) and play our favorite games. Some will compete in a table game while others may play corn hole. We bring refreshments to share and our favorite game and enjoy our time together.

Women’s Fellowship Meetings

On the 1st Saturday of every month at 11:00 AM the ladies meet in the Fellowship Hall or Wallen Library to share together. There are refreshments, a short devotional, planning for future events and a good time of fellowship.

Miscellaneous Outings and Events

From time to time, different age groups plan special events or outings. Past outings have included viewing the Christmas Lights; shopping trips to Charleston; a trip to Amish country in Ohio; ball games and other good times together.
