A supportive experience that turns caring into community
At the Church of the Nazarene, we’re trying to care for the whole person. We help to provide assistance in a variety of ways including food, clothing and emergency assistance. But that is only a small part of what we do. We also want to help our community be better spiritual people, meaning we pray for those who need Christ in their lives; we seek to draw them into the Community of Believers; and we disciple them into growing and productive members of the Church community as well as the Logan community.

Worship
We offer multiple opportunities to gather with Christians to worship God. These include Sundays at 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We also have a time of worship at Prayer Meeting on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. Other special worship services are scheduled through-out the year.

Religious Education
We not only have a traditional Sunday School program on Sundays at 10:00 AM, but also Men’s Bible Study on Mondays at 7:00 PM (come a little early to eat & fellowship!). Studies for women, teens and children are also scheduled periodically.

Fellowship
Fellowship is an essential part of the Church and we love to do it! Several opportunities for fellow-ship are available every month, including our Second Sunday Social at 6:00 PM every 2nd Sunday in our Fellowship Hall. Other fellowship events are planned throughout the month.

Benevolence
We have our own Benevolence Fund to provide limited assistance to those who attend our church, but we also partner with other local agencies, including the Salvation Army, to provide our community with as much assistance as we can. Call our Salvation Army office at 304-928-2231 for information.

A passionate community of believers and seekers dedicated to collaborating for the well-being of each other and our community.
The collective commitment to meeting the spiritual and physical needs of our community brings together individuals who share a common goal: letting our love for God and his creation show through in what we do. This includes meeting the physical needs of our community but mostly, helping them find spiritual fulfilment in a life lived in relationship with God.
