The Church of the Nazarene in Logan was started in 1935 and, like many churches, has had its ups and downs since then. Our sanctuary, where we meet for worship, is located at 410 Dingess Street, across from Thornhill Jeep. Our morning worship service, which begins at 10:30 am, is a traditional service with no surprises. People come as they are: some in suits and some in sweatpants. You will always be welcome!

Our local church is part of the International Church of the Nazarene which was officially organized in 1908. We are a Christian Church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. What we believe is very similar to most other Christian churches and we try to emphasize what we have in common, rather than highlighting our differences, seeking unity without compromise.

In line with our denomination, we have three core values which drive what we do: We are Christian. We are holiness. We are missional. Our passion is to help people find new life in Christ, grow in that new life to become more like the image of God and reach out with us into a world who needs to hear about the abundant life Jesus Christ offers to those who receive him.

The church office is located at 103 Bridge Street and is open most weekdays at least part of the day.

The sanctuary, where our worship services take place, is at 410 Dingess Street, just past Logan City Hall. Parking is available in the lot across the street or at the hospital parking lot at the corner of Dingess and Bridge Streets.

The fellowship hall is behind the sanctuary at 110 Elm Street. There is some parking behind the fellowship hall as well as street parking.

The Wallen Auditorium, where there are Sunday School classes, dinners and some fellowship events, is connected to the fellowship hall and there is also an entrance at 107 Bridge Street. Evenings and weekends, parking is available at the hospital parking lot on the corner of Dingess and Bridge Streets.
